DF Wishart

To order from DF Wishart you must be a registered business user. If you are not already a customer you can apply for an account. If you already have an account, you can request logon details.
Use your username and password to logon to the website.

Pricing

When you’ve logged onto the website, your discounts and special pricing is automatically applied to our catalogue.

How To Order

Use the browse menu on the left or the search box to find the product(s) you are interested in. To purchase an item, enter the quantity required in the order box and select ‘buy’.

As you browse through the catalogue, a small icon may be displayed beside a product:

indicates the item has been bought before.

indicates the item has been given a special discount price and is on your contract.

indicates the item has been discounted as it is currently on promotion.




On the right of the page, your basket summary will detail the last items added to the basket along with a running total of your current basket value.


When you are ready to checkout, select the ‘basket’ option. Your shopping basket is now displayed, you can make amendments to quantities here by changing the quantity against a product then clicking ‘update’. To remove a product, set the quantity to zero, and then click ‘update’.



When you are happy to proceed, select ‘checkout’.

On the basket confirmation page, enter your order number in “Your Reference”, select ‘change address’ to change the delivery address if required and select a ‘delivery method’. If required, you may also enter any special delivery instructions you may have. Select ‘Proceed’.

Select a payment method and enter payment details if necessary. Make sure you agree to our and select the checkbox to agree to them. Finally, select ‘Place order’.

Request a Copy Invoice

Use your username and password to logon to the website.
Select ‘Account’
Then ‘List of Invoices’ at the bottom of the page.
Find the invoice number you require (using ‘next page’ if required)
When you have located the invoice select the ‘Request Copy’ option.



The invoice will be emailed to you in Abode PDF format. If you don’t have Adobe reader installed on your computer, you can download it from Adobe.

View Outstanding Orders

You can view any outstanding orders by selecting the ‘orders’ tab. The current status of the order is displayed on the order history page. You can get summary details on the order by selecting an order number, then the product details by selecting ‘view lines’

Favourites

If you repeatedly purchase the same items you can create a list of favourite products. This list can then be used when the time comes to reorder your products.
To create a favourites list, select the ‘favourites’ tab and then select ‘create new list’. Give your list a name and select ‘create’.



When you are browsing through the catalogue, or have a list of items in your shopping basket, you can select the checkboxes beside products and add the selected products to your favourite list. (The option to add to a list will be displayed at the bottom of the list of products “add products selected to”)

Searching

To search the catalogue, enter a word or combination of words and select go. For example “Picardy Bow Saw” will display all the Picardy brand of bow saws.
